DOM is a family-owned, full-service construction development and project management company, with a primary focus on residential and mixed-use real estate. Since 2005, we have completed over 300 projects throughout the greater Chicago area. We specialize in residential and commercial construction projects of up to $20,000,000 in total value. Our portfolio ranges from lavish single-family homes to new construction townhomes and condominiums.

DOM Properties Investment Inc. began as a general works contractor in 2005. Over the years, the group has undertaken challenging projects to accumulate skills, knowledge and experiences in ‘design and build’ solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works.
Today, DOM takes a role of general contractor for medium to large-size projects and performs construction management services to coordinate specialists for individual and commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.
